Ronaldinho contemplating his next move

Ronaldinho, 36 years old is thinking about his future move. According to his agent, there are proposals from Chinese teams as well as teams from the Major League Soccer. The former Brazil international will want to end his career in style after having won all major trophies.

He is currently available on a free transfer after leaving Fluminense where he played nine matches. He was expected to sign a new contract with the Brazilian club, but things have evolved in such a way that Ronaldinho is now thinking of moving to the Major League Soccer or China.

The agent has ruled out a move for another Brazilian club and would want to seek a move abroad for his client.

There are also reports that Turkish club Trabzonspor might also be interested in signing the midfielder. The Turkish club will be celebrating their 50th anniversary and would want to make a marquee signing to commemorate the event.

Ronaldinho came to prominence on the European scene when he signed from the French team, Paris Saint-Germain in 2001. He will go on to make 86 appearances for the French side and scoring 25 goals along the way.

His good form with not only Paris Saint-Germain but also with the Brazilian national team will allow him to attract the interest from other big European club. In 2003, he signed for the Spanish club, Barcelona where he will go and make 207 appearances for them. He will score 94 goals for them and make 69 assists along the way. During his time in Spain, he will win La Liga twice as well as the Champions League during the 2005-2006.

Ronaldinho will want to end his career in style, and a transfer to the Major League Soccer or the China League will be a great way for one of Brazil’s great player to achieve this.
